A unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing UK Sports Memorabilia Company; specialising in Formula One! You will be working as part of a small, dynamic team - based near Towcester, Northants - within the hub of British motorsport. You’ll be responsible for ‘Memento Framing’ sales; a key, strategic sales channel within the business, you will be selling our volume framing services to sports teams and other businesses.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide bottom line sales growth across the UK, by identifying and prioritising new opportunities, whilst maintaining existing key customers.
Work with the Marketing team to develop campaigns and generate leads for the Memento Framing business, prioritise and follow-up.
Chase new business via phone & email, to meet each month’s sales plan.
Arrange face-to-face and phone meetings with new and existing customers to increase sales, and build relationships.
Produce quotations for sales – ensuring a good profit margin.
Pass confirmed orders over to the production team. Follow-up to ensure that the project is completed on time, the customer is kept updated, and the customer is pleased with the outcome.
Share insights from sales meetings with the team to improve future product development and marketing tactics.
Ensure that the master customer database is regularly updated and maintained. Enter all new orders through the order management system and ensure invoice processes are followed correctly.
· B2B Sales experience – preferably within the framing industry or similar
· Confident and assertive communicator with strong influencing and networking skills
· A proactive self-starter who also works well in a team
· Own transport & flexibility to travel across the UK
