We are seeking an aerodynamic Marketing Manager with G-Force to join our expanding team; working with the top Formula One™ teams & drivers from our HQ in Towcester, UK.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is a full-time, office-based position within the hub of British Motorsport. Some travel to international Formula One races & events may be required. 

Overview of the role

Execute the marketing plan across our rapidly expanding B2C & B2B channels. Creating engaging content which aligns with our marketing objectives and brand strategy. 

Specific positions within the role

  • Update and own the content across our digital channels; enhancing product categories, product detail pages, homepage & content pages for the user, whilst optimizing for organic search
  • Execute the detailed monthly marketing plan across all channels. Observe brand guidelines for our own brand and those of our licensed partners. Marketing campaigns will include, press releases, email campaigns, social media, events, print campaigns, articles & more
  • Organise and host events to reward and engage our B2C & B2B VIP clients 
  • Manage the day to day relationship with our licensed re-sellers; ensuring that they have the materials and information to market our products effectively
  • Create design briefs for the in-house design studio team. Communicating requirements and ensuring that designs meet our marketing objectives
  • Write effective sales descriptions for products, marketing campaigns & regular blogs
  • Brief and optimise Point of Sale marketing materials for our events and stockists
  • Oversee our social media optimization; working closely with our external social media consultant & continuously improving our engagement across our social media platforms
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to interpret analytics and develop insights from these to enhance our marketing plan and execution
  • Collaborate strongly with in-house Design, Events, Production and Sales teams

  • We are looking for a driven individual with a passion for Formula One™ and creative ideas
  • Exceptional English language skills; including engaging copywriting and a professional communication style
  • Experienced in producing high-impact, integrated Marketing campaigns. This could be within a B2C or B2B environment

A unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing UK Sports Memorabilia Company; specialising in Formula One! You will be working as part of a small, dynamic team - based near Towcester, Northants - within the hub of British motorsport. 

We are looking for an experienced framer to join our team of specialist Sports Memorabilia display experts.

You will be responsible for framing sports shirts, sports artwork and equipment from some of the top sports teams in the country. Plus, you will manage the production team and the creation of our bespoke sports memorabilia – creating luxury clocks, lamps and other items out of race-used Formula One car parts and other sports equipment.

From building F1 gear ratio clocks, to finishing large quantities of display pieces for sports events, to framing football shirts - each day is different!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise framing & production work to complete and assign daily tasks to team.

  • QA framing to ensure work is completed to our high standards.

  • Complete framing jobs to work order specifications.  

  • Maintain framing parts stock levels – placing orders to replenish stock. 

  • Look after the framing & production equipment; ensure it is maintained, used correctly and any issues are reported promptly to the MD.

  • Update our sales order processing system (training provided)


  • Excellent attention to detail, and passion to deliver a high quality finished product

  • Ability to work independently to complete a daily schedule of framing and production tasks on time and to a high standard

  • The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience within a framing/production environment.
