1. Pricing Policy

All prices are correct at time of display online. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and you will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed.

2. Ordering Online

Our online store can accept orders originating from and for delivery to UK and worldwide. If you place an order through mementoexclusives.com, we will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you using the email address you supplied when registering with our website. No contract will exist for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. Details of your order will be retained by us in our database and these details can be made available on request.

3. Payment

We accept payment by all major credit or debit cards with the exception of Diners Club. Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your purchase. Customers who would like to pay for goods by cheque should make cheques payable to BG Sports Enterprises Ltd. Please allow five working days for cheque clearance.
The majority of card issuers cover all charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.

4. Validation Checks

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit and debit cards, BG Sports Enterprises Ltd t/a Memento Exclusives may validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data). We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to dispatch your order.

5. Delivery Information

 

We deliver mementos to sports fans and companies worldwide and we are experts in packaging your item to arrive with you in perfect condition. Please refer to the standard delivery details for your location below.

If you require a special delivery, for example during a specific timeslot, or on a Saturday, please contact us to discuss your requirements (an additional charge will apply).

United Kingdom
• Standard Delivery Time: 3 days
• Standard Delivery Cost: £5.95
Please note that some of our heavier items are subject to a delivery surcharge of £15. If this surcharge applies to your item, it will be clearly displayed on the product page.

Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, they will leave a card with details for you to arrange a suitable time for redelivery, or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.

Rest of Europe
• Standard Delivery Time: 5 days
• Standard Delivery Cost: £15
Please note that some of our heavier items are subject to a delivery surcharge of £20. If this surcharge applies to your item, it will be clearly displayed on the product page.

Americas/Africa/Asia
• Standard Delivery Time: 10 days
Delivery costs to these locations are charged based on the actual courier cost for the weight of your item(s). The delivery cost will be automatically calculated and displayed to you during the checkout process.
Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. All deliveries must be signed for.
Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer.

7. Refunds & Returns

If you decide that you would like to return an item, we will offer a refund, exchange or credit note, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 28 days of delivery.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of any item which has been customized for you, unless there is a fault found with the item.

You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post. We do not refund return delivery charges unless a fault was found with the item.
This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. We will endeavour to send a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days of receipt of the item at our returns address.
